3 years ago, our company's name has been registered under Single Person Company by our "partner". As we later had decided to withdrew the partnership/ business. We were told that our company's name righfully belongs to the Bahraini or "partner". We found out that our compnany's name & logo being utilised by the Bahraini without our consent. Can someone with legal expertise advice of how we could prevent/ stop and ask the "partner" to cancel the business registration by using our company's name? We had all resolutions in written.With this bad experience with the Bahraini, I urged all who are interested to do business in Bahrain to be pre-cautious.
